Mutton Badami

  • Oil : 1/2 cup
  • Mutton : 500 gm
  • Sliced Onions : 1 medium
  • Chopped Tomatoes : 1
  • Chopped Green Chili : 2-3
  • National Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
  • Water : 3 cup
  • Yogurt : 1 cup
  • National White Quorma Masala : 1/2 pack
  • National Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tbsp
  • Curry Patta : 4-5
  • Grated Coconut : 2 tbsp
  • Almond paste : 2 tbsp
  • Cream : 1/2 cup
  • Milk : 1/2 cup
  • Almonds : For garnish

Method

Heat oil in a pan.

Add mutton and onions.

Cook till they turn brown.

To this, add tomatoes, green chili, ginger garlic paste, water and cook on a simmer till meat is almost tender and you have very little moisture left (add some water if required).

Turn up the heat and add yogurt, National White Quorma Masala, National Turmeric Powder, curry patta, grated coconut and almond paste.

Do bhunai for 6-7 minutes.

In a bowl blend some cream and milk. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Garnish with almonds and serve.
