- Bread slices : 4-6
- Eggs : 2 each
- Sugar : 2 tablespoon
- Milk : 1 cup
- Vanilla essence : 1/2 teaspoon
- National Strawberry jam : 4-6 tablespoon
- Butter : 4-6 tablespoon
- Water : 1/2 cup
- Icing sugar : garnish
- Strawberry sauce : optional
Cut the bread slices into rectangles
Place 1 tbsp National Jam in the center of bread and run a finger with water on the edges and place another slice on top and press the edges and seal. repeat this with all and cover with cling film and keep aside
In a mixing bowl whisk in the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla essence
Heat up a frying pan on medium heat and add little butter just before frying the bread
Dip the stuffed bread into the egg mixture and coat it well and place in the frying pan and cook till even golden color and then flip and cook on the other side using little butter.
